Every awarded auction has exactly one work desk.

The work desk view is the work area in which clients and experts can set and share information about the payment status and working status during turnaround. Besides, files can be uploaded in the view, exchanged and marked.

How can I create search requests in order to miss no new auctions? Account & technical questions

You can save search requests and receive regularly information of fitting market entries by email. Log in for it, search for a term and click in the result overview on "Save search request". You can also create search requests without searching words, in this case you are informed about every new auction. The frequency of the constant reminder can be set in "My profile". Saved search requests can be paused or deleted at anytime.

I can't log in. What could be the problem? Account & technical questions

The reasons might be the following

  • Invalid credentials (email-address or password)
  • Problems with the browser (e.g. cookie settings)
  • Maybe your access was limited? Check your emails to see if got a message regarding limited access.
  • In case you forgot your password require a new one by clicking the button "Forgot password?".

If nothing of these works try to clear your browser cache to delete temporary stored files.

How can I delete my account? Account & technical questions

We very much regret if you want to delete your account. If we can't change your mind you can find the delete function in "Settings" -> "Edit my profile" -> "Account" -> "Delete my account".

How can I change my e-mail address? Account & technical questions

To change your e-mail address you need to go to your profile. There you find a button "settings" -> "edit my profile" -> "account". Here you can update your e-mail address.

How can I change my username? Account & technical questions

We are happy to change it for you. Just send us the new username via the contact form.

Why it's not possible to see any prices? Account & technical questions

You can only see the offers for your own auction or your own bid. If it's your auction, be sure to be logged in. If your username is shown up right on the website, you are logged in.

Where do I find my messages? Account & technical questions

You can find your messages if you choose in the main menu "messages".

I'm a verified expert but I can't place new bids. Account & technical questions

Please check if you logged in or if there is possibly an unpaid invoice. An overdrawn account limit, an overstressed payment period or conflicts with clients can lead to a temporary restriction of the account. If these possible reasons don't apply for you please contact us via phone or e-mail.

My degree isn't shown in my profile although I already uploaded it. Account & technical questions

If you uploaded a certificate for proofing your university degree but there is still not shown the status "academic" in your profile please contact our team.

I forgot my password. What can I do? Account & technical questions

If it should happen that you forget your user data, you can get it back with your email address. Therefore, use the button "Forgot your password" on the login page.
